What is the Assurance API?

The Assurance API is a comprehensive fault management tool which provides you with full visibility and control throughout the whole fault management lifecycle.

This API calls all available details of your product instance upfront to drive enhanced workflow including service validation, fault diagnostics, outage correlation, and a streamlined process for booking appointments and submitting and updating problem reports.

The Assurance API also incorporates the Network Events API enabling you to retrieve details of planned and unplanned events which impact your services, and/or retrieve a list of services impacted by an event.

Choose to deploy all or some of this functionality to seamlessly integrate this directly with your Assure processes, scripts, internal support systems and operational processes. With this capability at your fingertips, you can achieve faster resolution times and an even better customer experience.
